I charge the industry standard rate per hour at a 3 hour minimum, including a start time beginning 1 hour prior to the deposition; time and a half after 8 hours and on weekends and holidays.

Non-appearances and cancellations under 12 hours before job start time may be subject to minimum charge.

I use my own equipment, consisting of 3-chip miniDV camera, Bogen tripod, DVD & miniDV recorders, 6-channel audio mixer, video monitor, Photek professional medium grey backdrop and I operate from a mobile A/V cart. My custom is to ship the DVD master and hold the miniDV for 30 days.

I am knowledgeable of my equipment, of the various legal media formats, client deliverables and how to create and consult sync-to-text video.
